Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of maycish.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Maycish ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Return and Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it. By ordering you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

The Seller

Maycish is the trading name of Mayci Annyel Shortt, an individual seller located at 222 Milford Street, Bowling Green, VA 22427, United States. We sell fitness apparel and home workout equipment online through this Site. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to 222 Milford Street, Bowling Green, VA 22427, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices are quoted in USD and can change without notice, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on the shipping address) and any shipping charge appear at checkout before payment, so the final total is always visible before you commit. Promotional "was" prices are genuine prior prices. Should an obvious pricing mistake occur, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price: we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed.

Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) using industry-standard encryption; card details never touch our systems. Charges are made at the time of order and show on your card statement as MAYCISH.COM. Orders may be held for verification when the billing and shipping details do not match or our provider detects unusual activity; we will contact you if we need anything. For any billing question, write to support@maycish.com and we will look into it right away.

Orders and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you receive an order confirmation email; this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not accept it. A contract of sale is formed when we ship the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a shipping address we cannot serve; if we do, any payment is refunded in full within 7 business days. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Delivery

Delivery is available to the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 11–16 business days with Standard Shipping (USD 11.99; free from USD 159) or 7–12 business days with Fast Shipping (USD 34.44). Tracking is provided for every shipment. Should a shipment be delayed beyond the promised date, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Site Rules

Use the Site lawfully and in good faith: no fraudulent or unauthorized orders, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping, no abuse of discounts. Reviews on our product pages come from customers who bought the product; we take reasonable steps to verify them and never commission fake reviews. Content you submit must be truthful and yours; you allow us to publish it and we may remove anything inappropriate.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maycish and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection statutes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

We provide the limited warranty set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Except for that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other express warranties, and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have others that vary by state. Consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties while a written warranty is in effect.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and the Maycish name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, distributing or using our content for any other purpose without written permission is prohibited. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email support@maycish.com with the details and we will respond promptly.

Descriptions and Images

Descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in color or finish can result from photography, lighting and display settings. Maycish sells generic, unbranded products; references to third-party brands, if any, describe compatibility and imply no endorsement. Listing an item does not guarantee stock. Where an item sells out after you order, you may wait, choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

Law and Disputes

The law of Virginia, including the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, Va. Code § 59.1-196 et seq., and U.S. federal law govern these Terms. We ask that you raise any problem with us first — write to support@maycish.com and give us 30 days to put it right. If that fails, you and Maycish agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer arbitration rules (the Federal Arbitration Act applies), or in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. You can reject this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days after your first order; the rest of the Terms will still apply. You always retain the right to complain to your state attorney general or the FTC.

Changes, Severability and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
