Start a Return

This is the fastest way to start a return, exchange or cancellation with Maycish. Tell us which order and which item, and we will send you the authorization and the return address by email.

1. Please Note

A quick summary of our policy: you have 90 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging; orders can be cancelled at no cost before the order ships; return postage is on us; if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover everything — just add photos. Please wait for our authorization before sending anything to 222 Milford Street, Bowling Green, VA 22427, United States. Refunds go back to your original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

3. After You Submit

1. We review your request and reply by email within 2 business days with an authorization number and, for returns, the address to ship to.
2. Pack the item securely with the authorization number inside and send it with a tracked service; keep the receipt.
3. When the parcel arrives we inspect it and email you the outcome. Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item; cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
